Norma!: Is it forbidden to take a bath with a flashlight? A lollipop?

I honestly don't remember. Maybe that's a microphone and it's illegal to sing in a bathtub.

While searching to see if I could find it I ran across this interesting law:

Women are not allowed to drive a motor vehicle while wearing a houseboat.

I'm thinking houseboat is a typo, but it does conjure up an unusual image.

That will make a funny puzzle Norma.

Found to be solvable by line and color logic alone by blurglecruncheon.
