I did have to guess

Initial line & color logic completes 39%. Red and blue are finished, and a little bit of black is placed.

C43: EL places green in R20-25. Line & color logic finishes the green.

R2: EL can mark C1 and C23-28 white. LL.

Next I did EL cycling through C24-28 to mark off 1-3 squares at a time. The list got pretty long, so to sum up, these were marked white:
R3-5 C24-28
R6-7 C25-28
R8-9 C26-28
R10-11 C27-28
R12 C28

R2: EL marks C22 white.

Need to break here for now, currently at 63% complete.
