Red, green, and blue can all be solved with line & color logic. There's a bit of black up top still to solve.
EL R2 marks C18-22 white.
C17: R7-8 must be white or it causes a contradiction in C18. The same logic can be applied to C22-23 (C23 R7-8 are also white).
LL solves the rest.
