Initial line & color logic gets 56%, and finishes everything except black.
R20: EL marks C19-21 white. Then wherever the 4 is placed, R19C13 is black.
R19: EL marks C21 white.
R20: Depending on the position of the 4, either R20C14 or R19C14 will be black. R17-18 C14 can be marked white.
R20: There are three viable positions for the 4. If it is in C11-14, R18 C15-16 would be black, and the 2nd 3 in R19 would need to go into C17-19. If the 4 in R20 is in C12-15, the 2nd 3 in R19 is in C15-17, and in R18 C18-19 and C21 would need to be black. This would make R17 invalid, so we cannot use this position. If the 4 is in C15-18, the 2nd 3 in R19 would be in C18-20. Either of the valid positions for the 4 in R20 will mark R19 C18-19 black. LL.
C16: If the 5 goes into R2, C15 and C17 are invalid. R6-7 C16 are black instead.
