This puzzle uses just the tiniest bit of lookahead to solve it:
After line logic, row 37 has a 1 that is not placed. It can be the top of either of the 19s in columns 3 and 4. If it's in column 3, then the bottom end of the 19's would leave a gap in the 2 in row 56. So the missing 1 in row 37 must be in column 4.
From there, line logic to finish.
