Found to be solvable by line and color logic alone by valerie.

Hm. Mr. Cat in a uniform, with a red mailbag; Igor, pointing a gun and wearing a black hat, on a black horse with red reins; and a bird in the sky. So I think it's a western. But I don't know westerns, so I am stumped.

Norma, do tell?

This is from the movie True Grit with John Wayne where he puts the reins of his horse in his mouth and rides full tilt across a meadow facing 4 bad men with both guns blazing.

Mr. Cat who has been supporting Igor with musical backgrounds decided a drum roll would be appropriate.
