I see a saloon with blue doors, a green-eyed tophatted person with a blue guitar (or gun? but I think it's a guitar?), a black cat with a red collar and is that a gun?, a blue-skinned person with a black Puritan-style hat, and a red wall.
I'm going to vote for "Back To The Future III," but it's a pretty flimsy guess.

Cat Ballou. That's supposed to be Lee Marvin on his horse leaning against the wall in a drunken stupor. Which led to him saying when he got the Oscar, "Somewhere out there, there is a horse that deserves this more than I do."
Igor is playing Lee Marvin and Mr. Cat is a strolling musician as we saw in the movie.
