#1: derby (Derby) on May 18, 2019 [HINT] [SPOILER]

Very challenging puzzle. Despite the strong horizontal and vertical lines I got tripped up more than once with the barbs on the wires. I finally realized that the three thickness on the two vertical lines could not expend up past the row with the twos and then was able to figure it out. So, not sure if it requires questing or not.

Initial LL completes 23%.

R58: EL marks C2-6 white. LL.
R57: EL marks C2-5 white.
C3: EL marks R9-14, R36-37, and R51-56 white. LL.
C5: EL marks R11-12 and R52-56 white. LL.

C14-16: If any of the 33s extends all the way down to R57, it pushes the 38s in C30-32 up into R19, which is invalid. Therefore R57 C14-16 are white.
