This seems to be the military's "One Delta Ten Tango" code for 1d10ts. There are others. For instance, PCMAG.com defines the ID-10-T error in much the same way.#7: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Mar 2, 2020
There are many related errors, like the EEBKAC error - "Error exists between keyboard and chair".
