You probably could solve the multiple solutions problem very easily as it only involves the 2 diagonal green lines in the mid section between the 3 (20 square) blue lines. It would take just a very little work.

There are a total of 8 single green dot clues that can be placed in multiple solutions. I figured they would likely be a diagonal (didn't have to be) so I only ended up trying 3 placements before I happened on the correct one.
