C13R14 as a green dot leaves nowhere to place the 2 in C12. See also C17, C34, C38.
Next we look at where the 2's in row 22 can go. There are 2 on each side. If one starts at C14 we fill C15R22 and C15R21, leaving nothing for the 2 in C13. So C13R22 is green. Same C17, C34, c38.
