Uhhhhhhhhh....whatever is that baby drinkin'? LOL Congrats on your first puzzle! Do you read GAMES magazine? I love it too...that's where I met my first sudoku.
#4: Gypso (Gypso) on Mar 21, 2008
Lol That's funny how you put that JoDeen. :)
#5: Jen (lightvader) on Mar 23, 2008 [SPOILER]
That was weird. It took three tries for that puzzle to say that I solved it.

Anyway, very nice puzzle, but JoDeen is right, what is that baby drinking?
#6: m2 (mercymercy) on Mar 26, 2008 [SPOILER]
I've heard of green eggs and ham but green milk is yucky ;)
#7: Jen (lightvader) on Mar 26, 2008 [SPOILER]
They had blue milk in star wars...
#8: Adam Nielson (monkey) on May 30, 2008
Skim milk used to be "blue milk" to my siblings and I.
#9: Nancy Snyder (naneki) on May 30, 2008
Why blue milk? please elaborate on this for us, is it an interesting story? :)
#10: Jen (lightvader) on May 31, 2008
I hear blue milk and I think of star wars. :)

For more normal people, does it have something to do with the color of the cap? I think I recall my mother asking me to get milk at the store and I asked her what color cap milk she wanted.
#11: Deana L (FFsWife) on May 31, 2008
Used to be, skim milk had a slightly blue tinge too it... we called it blue milk too. ;)
#12: m2 (mercymercy) on May 31, 2008
Here skim milk is blue milk because it is in a blue package. We also have green milk and red milk.
#13: Jen (lightvader) on May 31, 2008
Lol. I always liked identifying the milk by the cap color. What really messed me up was when the cap colors changed.
#14: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jun 27, 2008
I was referring to what Deanna said, about how it used to have a blue tinge to it.
#15: Deana L (ffswife) on Jun 27, 2008
Ooh! You better watch your Ps & Qs (and Ns), buddy! ;)
#16: Gypso (Gypso) on Jun 27, 2008
Deana: one "N" :-)
#17: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jun 27, 2008
My bad! I think I have done that many times, UNKNOWINGLY. I will make a valiant effort to not defame you!!!
#18: Deana L (ffswife) on Jun 28, 2008
lol... s'ok. just kind of a pet peeve... as long as we're discussing my name... let's make sure everyone is SAYING (or thinking) it properly. :)

Dean-ah...

Everyone say it together... Dean-ah.

Very good. ;)
#19: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jun 28, 2008
De- anna.... de- anna LOL j/k
#20: Deana L (ffswife) on Jun 28, 2008
Ooooh! Don't make me come over there young man!! :P
#21: Gypso (Gypso) on Jun 28, 2008
I have been mispronouncing your name in my head this whole time Dean-ah.
Thanks for describing the sound. :-)
#22: Jen (LightVader) on Jun 28, 2008
So have I but I know someone else who pronounces their name the same way. I don't know how she spells it though.
#23: Deana L (ffswife) on Jun 28, 2008
Well, glad to get you guys straightened out. ;)
#24: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jun 28, 2008
I'm ready for you to come over and get me! :-)
#25: Deana L (ffswife) on Jun 28, 2008
Dream on buddy! I have plenty of PITA guys on my hands already without voluntarily adding another! ;)
#26: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jun 28, 2008
Please explain. I didn't get what you were saying.
#27: Gypso (Gypso) on Jun 28, 2008
Doc Boy, what I think Dean-ah is saying is that her hands are already plenty full of pain in the neck guys (or some region further south). :-)
#28: Adam Nielson (monkey) on Jun 28, 2008
Like the belly button? Knee? Toenail? Or somewhere in between? :-)
#29: Nancy Snyder (naneki) on Jun 28, 2008
:o
#30: m2 (mercymercy) on Jun 28, 2008
crazy puzzlers lol
#31: Gypso (Gypso) on Jun 28, 2008
Hey M2! It's good to see you!
#32: m2 (mercymercy) on Jun 29, 2008
hey gypso... I've been around a bit less lately. Summer here is too short to sit inside too much. The good news is that winter is long, cold and dark.
#33: Deana L (ffswife) on Jun 29, 2008
Gypso explained it rather well for ya Adam... That's exactly what I meant! :]
#34: Sunset Smiley (sunsetsmiley) on Jul 17, 2008 [SPOILER]
Cute bottle, but what is the baby drinking? Any formula that I have seen is not green. lol
#35: Jane Doe (telly) on Sep 13, 2008 [SPOILER]
Wow, after reading all of the comments I forgot which puzzle I was doing. My family still calls skim milk "blue" or "white water". Whatever, I still prefer drinking it to their whole milk. Yuck! way too thick for me.:) Though, at least IT'S not green.
#36: Gypso (Gypso) on Sep 15, 2008
lol Telly.
#37: Byrdie (byrdie) on Jun 26, 2009 [SPOILER]
Skim milk, because of the lack of cream, has a slightly blue tinge to it. It also, usually, comes in light blue packages or with a light blue cap. Dark blue (here) signifies 2%, red = whole milk and pink = 1%.

And I think the bottle is filled with Gatorade, although my Mom used to give my younger brother apple juice in his bottle because he was allergic to milk.
#38: Arduinna (arduinna) on Jun 29, 2009 [SPOILER]
If you get your skim milk from Braums (based out of Oklahoma and available in neighboring states), it will not be blue at all! It's the only skim milk we buy.
#39: Jane Doe (telly) on Jun 30, 2009 [SPOILER]
My skim milk isn't blue either, but my family still insists on calling it that.
#40: Kristen Vognild (Kristen) on Sep 2, 2012
Habit is a funny thing. I still sometimes think of skim milk as blue milk, because I can remember the bluish color.

We still sometimes say "dial a number" even though new phones haven't had dials in decades.
