Puzzle Description:

I made a cardboard model of a building in college and someone stole it before I could photograph it for my portfolio. Now who would steal a cardboard model?

Thank you Belita. This is very good representation of the meaning for this contest.

ditto Tom

very nice, and fun solve!

Is this LLS? I mighta missed some sneaky dot or something...but I got stuck trying to solve with ll alone and got going again with "no matter which of c16 r1 or r2 is black, c15r2 will be black".

What a bummer. Probably the same person who stole your model is the same person who doles out 1's for quality on our puzzles.

Lots of comments about quality ratings lately. Some of the pictures aren't artistic masterpieces, this one included, but they can still be fun to solve. The puzzles where you're supposed to guess the occupation or the rock song are especially hard to see what the picture is, but that's sort of the point. They don't get a good rating, but I enjoy the puzzles anyway.

good one belita, wouldn't it be funny if the person who stole your your model was on this website and solves your puzzle :)

If it looked as cool as your house image here Belita,I can understand why the thief would want it,but stealing is a no-no. I agree with you about the ratings Belita, were still all having fun with the puzzles.:)

I just finished Travis' today in history about the indie 500 and it had one rater with a 2 for quality and a 2 for difficulty. Just not fair, but I guess there is nothing we can do about it.

It's actually not a house, its a church. The tower and plinth were stone, to symbolize Jesus the rock and foundation, and the walls all lean in to symbolize the people leaning on each other and on Christ.

Nice puzzle and I bet the real one looked great! Why else would someone steal it? My guess is that someone in another class liked it so much that they took credit for it!

Well, obviously the thief was very impressed with your artistic skills, just as we are!!! I can relate to your college experience - someone stole my final design portfolio (2 years of work) right off the professor's desk! Fortunately, she knew I had turned it in, and knew my work, so I got an A anyway. But I sure would have liked to keep it.

I saw a church right away and thought it was very good

Funny, I also had a cardboard model, done for a class, stolen from my dorm room in college. Someone broke into the locked room, took only that. Gotta wonder about some people!
