Puzzle Description:

The red lines symbolize courage and valor. The blue lines symbolize freedom and justice. The sun in the middle is just because I felt like it.

Nice image - almost didn't solve it because you called it a flag.

I would say the sun would symbolize life or hope. It was tough to get started on this one. I had to guess which way the diagonals were going, but once I got them going in the right direction everything fell into place.

I like your "flag" and the sun is for LIFE!

Heather, what should I call it? A crest? or something else?

(yeah, I usually hate flags people make on here...)

Very nice solve, surprisingly complex for a puzzle with "flag" in the title.

I'd have probably called it "A New Standard" - both because standard is a synonym of flag, and because it would be nice if all flag puzzles were this good.
