I solved the right side and most of the top using EL and internal EL. Perhaps I am missing something, but it seems to need one more pixel to solve with moderate lookahead. I can guess from where I am (pretty obvious where the bottom 5 goes) but I can't prove it.

Found to be solvable with moderate lookahead by infrapinklizzard.

ll
el 9 c1 = r1-2, r14-20 w
ll
el 9 c20 = c1-3, c20 w
ll
el 5 r20 = r2-3, r28-29 w
ll
deep el 9 c20 (vs r18) = r19 w
lots-o' ll
el 5 r20 = only one position possible (if it were to cross to both sides of the 2 in c9 it would create an instant conflict in r19. That leaves c4-8, c5-9, and c9-13. If it were in either c4-8 or c5-9, it would not leave enough room in r19 for the 4 clue. Therefore it must be in c9-13 and c4-8 are white.
ll
two-way logic 1 c5 = whether it's in r1 or r2, c3r2 is black.
ll to finish
