Puzzle Description:
Sit indian style in an office chair. Hold onto the desk. Keep your top half facing straight and twist your bottom half back and forth. Great way to work your core while sitting at work with nothing to do.

I sat here at work doing it for probably a total of an hour! Not many people wanted to rent a hotel room last night.#6: Bruce Yanoshek (yanogator) on Mar 28, 2013
I would fall off the chair and hurt myself.#7: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Mar 29, 2013
You can get the same workout by sitting down and twisting at the waist, or even standing and twisting, if you're good at isolating muscle groups. ...not that I tried, or anything, ;)#8: Teresa K (fasstar) on Apr 3, 2013 [SPOILER]
We really need some music to go with this one.#9: Bill Eisenmann (Bullet) on Jun 4, 2022

There's a lady in our office who speaks to herself constantly, harmlessly, humorously, (sometimes annoyingly). She sits on a simple office chair, which has the usual under-the-seat lever-actuated piston to raise/lower it.
At times, we overhear her say to herself, "hmm... My chair's too low..." We all watch eagerly as she stands up beside her chair and spins it repeatedly round and round. She thinks she's raising/lowering the seat! She then sits back down and acts as if it's "just right" again. :)
Sitting at work with nothing to do...? I ALWAYS have something to do. Usually WebPBN, of course!#12: Courtenay Footman (Courtenay) on Mar 1, 2024 [SPOILER]
Before I read the comments, I thought you were giving exercises for the chair to do, not a person. I rather like that interpretation.#13: Vicki Woods (vickicwoods) on Mar 1, 2024
Extremely creative artwork.#14: Annalyn (annie) on Mar 1, 2024
Great image, Sarah. #10 hilarious story. #12 I thought the same thing.
