the easiest way is to find a copy ( or to dl the rom) of super mario all star on the SNES.

Basically its super mario 1 but super hard with level that require perfect timing and extraordinary skill + the brown mush kill you if your small or put you small if your big or with a flower.

it was judge to hard for north american gamer so they took anoter game ( don't remember the name) swich the main character to Mario and crew and sell it to us as Super Mario 2 in the mean time japaneese got Super Mario 2 ( the hard one) Once people notice that "lost mario game" and since it was build with the same engine as Mario 1 it was release as Super Mario the lost level on a very little scale for the nes. Later it was included in the SNES collection of revap Mario game and still call the lost level.

hope it help

Think I have heard (or seen) discussions on the industry mamking games easier for us. Since I would have been somewhere between 8 and 10 when that came out I probably would have agreed, but now I want more of a challange in my games.

But its change way now if you take both kingdom heart from suare enix / disney. THe game were out in japan first and then something like 4 month later it was out here in north america with a hard option that was not in the japanese version of the game. The new generation of us/canada gamer are hardcore now and we see new game with crazy level of difficulty. I have both God of War and on the highest difficulty setting ( god for GoW1 and Titan for GoW2) its totally crazy. But if you go on gaming forum you see people talking about how they pass trought the game on those difficulty level in just a couple of day.

I used to be hardcore when I was in hight school or even in college but now with the kids, the job, the wife and all the other thing to do I'm average in most of the game and even bad in a couple of them ( mostly first person shooter cause I hate those game) ( the last 1st person shooter I like was Doom 2 so ) My 12 year old nefew just hadle me my ass at NHL 08 during the vacation I was so ashame to loose to a kid in a game I play since I was like 7 or something, but that the way it is now.

I understand what your saying. I'm in college now (for a few more months anyway) so I get to spend all winter break playing video games. But once I get myself a "real" job that's going to have to change. I wouldn't call myself a hardcore gamer though. There are some games that are difficult enough to be challanging but still easy enough that I can get everything with little or no help from gamefaq (they have walkthoughs for almost any game). And like you I can't stand First person shooters. I don't even like third person shooters like Star Fox (the one on gamecube was third person shooter the others weren't)

Kingdom hearts was an amazing game. That would be the only reason I would ever buy a playstation system, to play those two games.

I like that one! I'm doing South Beach. It's two weeks of HELL, then it gets much better. I'm not a big meat fan, and the first two weeks are low carb.

Weight watchers seemed to work well for me. Unfortunately I kind of fell off the bus and it ran me over. I gained back everything I had lost and then some. Time to try again though.
