Puzzle Description:

How am i suppose to get that in the truck all by myself. That's not my problem sir. Now please sign to say you received it in good working condition. After unloading the truck with our stuff,i had to race to the nearest Sears catalogue pick up outlet to pick up the new appliances that i bought. Sears would not deliver to my home,so i had to get them before i had to return the rental truck. The lady informed me that my lawn tractor was still in the crate, and they had no tools to uncrate it with, and no one to help me load it in the truck. Needless to say the tractor had to wait, till i could get someone to pick it up for me.

sears where america shops...there is always help here..a few years back i bought a lawn mower and the guy came out with it in the box and said, where's your truck(lol). there i am right there, i'm the firebird. i told him not to worry it will fit, i took the t-tops off for you. it was close but it fit. good luck and good puzzle.

Thx Travis, and funny story. I can just imagine how funny it must of looked with you cruising the main drag with the handle of the lawnmower sticking out where the T-tops should of been.lol. Hope you didn't stop at the A&W for a root beer and to pick up chicks.ha,ha.:)

heyyy maybe the chicks would like a man with a big, strong power mower
#4: Nancy (nbarsi) on Jun 12, 2012 [SPOILER]
Sounds frustrating to me (unlike the puzzle) You and Niki could have come back with tools, put it together and rode it home.

There's an idea Nancy!
I like that the woman looks like Linda Hunt.
#6: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jun 12, 2012
We thought about that Nancy, but it would be about a 2 hour drive on the tractor to get to our place. The real estate lady who sold us the house, got a friend to pick it up and deliver it to our house, free of charge. He and his teenage son, just picked up the crate and loaded it on his pick up truck. When i insisted on paying for at least his gas,he said," Give the boy 10 bucks". I gave the boy a 20.:)

One of the few drawbacks to living way out in the country; hardly anyone delivers that far.
#9: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jun 13, 2012
I guess that's why most people in the country have pick up trucks. Yeah,i can buy a vintage pick up truck, works for me,lol.:)

Found to be logically solvable by gator.

Smile logic on the black at the end. Nice puzzle.

Aldege, you could get a flatbed trailer to hitch to your car for hauling big stuff. My neighbor and my brother-in-law also sometimes hitch trailers on the back of their ATV's. You may be able to hitch a trailer on the back of your lawn tractor, too.
#20: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Aug 5, 2012
Thx Gator.:)

Joel, your right about the flatbed trailer,i rented one for the old Dodge, and yes the tractor has a hitch at the back as well.:)

I just saw this puzzle again, and it made me think that this may hve been the reason that Sears went out of business. You can have the last laugh, Al.
