Puzzle Description:

"Tennessee Tuxedo" semi-educational animated cartoon show that originally aired from 1963 to 1966. Tennessee, a wise-cracking penguin and his pal Chumley, resided in the Megalopolis Zoo. They were constantly scheming against zoo keeper Stanley Livingston and his assistant Flunky , in an attempt to raise the quality of zoo-life.

I didn't need to guess but it was hard. I liked seeing Tennessee Tuxedo again. Thanks.
