Puzzle Description:

This featured the best actor of his generation in my opinion. Bonus nothing for alternate title.

#1: Nancy (nbarsi) on Jan 13, 2012 [SPOILER]

something..something or how I learned to love the bomb??? Figured that's ole Slim Pickins riding the bomb. Peter Sellers is one of my favorite actors of all times.
#2: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jan 13, 2012 [SPOILER]
I have no idea, but if Nancy is right about Peter Sellers,i have to agree with you Tom about him being the best actor of his generation. The man was brilliant.:)
#3: David Bouldin (dbouldin) on Jan 13, 2012 [SPOILER]
agree with Nancy, I think it's Dr. Strangelove...
or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb ;)

aldege, he could mean Peter Sellers, but maybe he's talking about George C. Scott...or James Earl Jones...OH OH I KNOW!! Slim Pickens!
#4: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jan 13, 2012 [SPOILER]
Well David, both of those guys were great actors, but in my opinion they didn't have the same effect on people that Peter's comedic brilliance did.:)
#5: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jan 13, 2012 [SPOILER]
Or else it's Aladdin on his flying carpet, and Tom's talking about Robin Williams. :)
#6: David Bouldin (dbouldin) on Jan 13, 2012 [SPOILER]
if it's Aladdin, Kristen, I would guess he's talking about Gilbert Godfrey.
#7: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jan 13, 2012 [SPOILER]
Haha, I was going to mention him. :) Certainly one of the greatest squinty-eyed comedians of his generation (though French Stewart is a bit more charming).
#8: Levi Ross (rhodyboy888) on Jan 13, 2012
No guess as to what the title could be. Fun solve though.
#9: Tom King (sgusa) on Jan 13, 2012
DAVID: CONGRATULATIONS! Your fantastic prize package consists of ABSOLUTELY NOTHIN!!! Bonus nothing for the alternate title. Nancy wins a special nothing for correctly guessing Peter Sellers. Has anyone seen Being There? Absolutely brilliant.
#10: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jan 13, 2012
Haven't seen it but thx Tom i'll check it out.:)
#11: Tom King (sgusa) on Jan 13, 2012
Aldege, I read the book first. Jerzy Kozinski (sp?) wrote it. It was brilliant as well. I'm sure it is available free on netflix.
