Saw this retro TV when looking for images for another puzzle. Smile logic at the end.
#2: Nancy (nbarsi) on Jan 2, 2012
Good image and solve,Tom.
#3: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jan 2, 2012
Cute! That ? should go away if enough people mark it completely solvable by logic alone.
#4: Aldege Cholette (aldege) on Jan 2, 2012
Ahh,brings back fond memories.:)
#5: Teresa K (fasstar) on Jan 2, 2012
Fun solve and cool image!

Actually, I think the ? will stay unless/until the person(s) who rated it change their rating, or Gator or Jan make an administrative ruling.
#6: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jan 2, 2012
It's gone already!
#7: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Jan 2, 2012

#8: Susan Duncan (medic25733) on Jan 2, 2012 [SPOILER]
I'll never forget that one Tom - one of the all time best material on TV! Cool TV other Tom.
#9: Web Paint-By-Number Robot (webpbn) on Jan 25, 2012
Found to be logically solvable by gator.
#10: Gator (gator) on Jan 25, 2012 [HINT]
Teresa, Kristin - I believe Kristin is correct that the ? will go away if there are enough votes say it is solvable. But it could come back at a later time if then more people mark it as guessing (meaning that voting is still open). When Jan or I mark a puzzle as solvable or guessing, you cannot vote any more on its Solvability.

Nice puzzle.
