I did it differently: after the first logical bits, I used edge logic to find the seven in C1, and then it was easy sledding.

Found to be logically solvable by gator.

Thanks, everyone! I'm glad it was a challenge ;-) It was also one of my more "artistic" efforts :-) How does it only get rated "average" in difficulty? Is that because it was fairly easy to guess?
#11: Marie-Louise Ambrey (marz71) on Nov 30, 2011
I have found that an average rating for this size puzzle means that it is pretty hard. An easier puzzle on a bigger grid can get a higher difficulty rating, weird I know. Maybe some people rate difficulty on how long it took them to complete the puzzle.

Very challenging, but such a fun challenge. This is a good size for solving tricky edge logic.

Challenging solve and nice image, Tom.

Thanks for your comments. I am looking for some 20x20 B&W to solve. I kept trying to keep it at one move, I didn't want anyth9ing in the blank space, otherwise, I would be known for that (and Kristen would murder me ;-) ) It was my longest create/solve, and I used th helper button (I didn,t know it existed on the two previous puzzles that were similar in difficulty).

Hey now, objects in the white space can be essential sometimes to make a solvable puzzle. I just have a tendency to interpret things differently than the author intended.
#16: Teresa K (fasstar) on Dec 1, 2011
And I for one enjoy your different interpretations, Kristen. :-)

Thanks, Teresa :D

Nice image. Very tough puzzle. I did have to guess 3 times.
