Puzzle Description:
Hector from Fire Emblem 7. Known for being incredibly strong, and resistant to nearly any physical attack, Hector is a must for any player. He can occasionally be slow due to a bad speed growth, but he'll rarely take damage in battle. Following some advice on my Eliwood puzzle, I decided to do this one in as much Black and White as I could muster. The eyes still had to be Blue though.
