a tree in winter, one of a series of 4

very elegant; it could be a tree, or an insect wing.#2: Trish (tryingmysoul) on Aug 16, 2011
Lovely and graceful.#3: Ery (Erythrina) on Aug 16, 2011 [SPOILER]
I first tried making an entire tree. I got it so it had a unique solution but couldn't solve it logically after quite a few changes and retries. Maybe it was just my inability to do more complex logic, but I decided to make something that I could solve. Adding the colors for other seasons made the others easier I think, but I had to get the black and white one solvable first.#4: Teresa K (fasstar) on Aug 17, 2011
Brrrrr. I can feel the chill in the air.#5: Jota (jota) on Aug 17, 2011
Lovely image, Ery. I'm glad you worked to make it solvable. Cropping was a good idea, I think.
Love winter! Thanks!#6: Jane Doe (telly) on Aug 21, 2011
nice.#7: Cynthia D. Price (cdprhys) on Nov 8, 2011
Absolutely beautiful image, evocative of so much in its simplicity. This type of artwork is what makes a masterpiece. :)#8: Debbie Weidig (dweidig) on Nov 16, 2011
