Thought I'd throw my two cents into Aldege's series...answer in the first spoiler.

Morphine.

That is a Morphine molecule. The puzzle title is a reference to a lyric in a song called "Slow Numbers":

I count a high number, a low number
Among the slow numbers
The number four means nothin' to me...

One of my favorite bands. Not my favorite song, just one that came to mind because of the numbering of the similar puzzles.

i am half way through and stuck.i have done the entire left side. anyone have a clue when they get there

...and thanks Aldege. They are worth giving a listen if you like bluesy rock. In my opinion, Cure For Pain is their best album, I'd start there.

Thx David,i'll give then a listen. A cool little story,my Rheumatologist is a cool guy,every time i go see him we share new bands to listen to,3 months ago when my daughter was born we ended up with his brother as our pediatrician,now when we take our kids to see him,he and i share music also as he is a music nut like his brother.

Guess I don't know my drug molecules like I should. :)
