Puzzle Description:

My 5x5 tile #11422 didn't make it to the community quilt. (I'm over it!) I had some squares to spare so I sewed them together to make this quilt!

That's purty. :o)

Babarann. I so sorry I missed your quilt square. Please accept my apology.

Thanks, but not necessary Brian. There were soooo many to include, you couldn't use them all! It turned out really nice.

I like the result!

Why thank you!

I love this quilt. It's my favorite of the ones I've seen. I like to make fabric quilts.

Why, thank you, Edith! I've never made a quilt, but I used to like to cross-stitch. Something about a nice grid, I guess!

I didn't start quilting until I was (hate to tell this) in my 50's. I love it. My mother had to as a child and always said she hated it. I think that's why I didn't try it earlier. I have done a few small embroidery things but I bought a king size quilt stamped with cross stitch at a yard sale I'm thinking about tackling. Did you cross stitch on that fabric kind of like tight burlap where you have to count? I'm scared to try that.

Yes, I did the counted cross stitch, but never larger than I could frame and hang on a wall. Good luck with that quilt! That's very ambitious!

Oh, don't hold your breath. It may be 20 years before I get done. Or maybe even start. :)
