I will not eat them anywhere! Green eggs and ham.

Color/line logic gets all of the blue, red, and green done.

Not sure how much of the rest of this is necessary, but what follows is how I did it.

I used edge logic on the 21 clue on the bottom row. I then did a lot more line logic.

Next I used edge logic with the 2 clue in column 13 to see how this affected column 12. It could only go in one place. More line logic.

I then used edge logic with the 2 clue in column 10. More line logic.

I also used edge logic on the last column and row 24 to get some more dots.

I'm stopping here for now as I'm having trouble finding the next move. I'll come back to it later.

I think I solved it without guessing by studying the patterns the numbers made and by some assumptions on the outlines of the colour blocks. I suppose some consider that to be guessing.

Love Dr Seuss by the way. What fun.
