However, I'm going to be a literary nit-picker here...to my recollection, the workhouse where Oliver asks for more gruel is not actually in London. On the other hand, much of the novel after he runs away from the workhouse--and his awful job as an undertaker's assistant--*is* set in London, so I think this puzzle definitely counts for the WCP.
