Yes-a wonderful morning tradition. This took me longer. At first I thought it was an airplane....for those Christmas travelers. Thank you!

We're going to need to come up with holidays for Meg to continue to do these daily puzzles. I too love getting up every morning and doing these Advent puzzles first thing!

I'm thinking:
The 6 days of New Year (for the days between Christmas and NYE)
The 19 days of MLK...
7 days of Chinese New Year...

Ya know... to cover each and every day of the year! ;)

Thanks again Meg!

Eep!

You know, I'm glad you're enjoying my little puzzles but I'm already - sort of - considering doing Hanukkah. And I do work, occasionally. ;-)

And since when is Martin Luther King Day nineteen days long?

Anyway, definitely no 6 days of New Year puzzles! I'm taking that time off. :-D

It's not... But there are 19 days between New Years and MLK... so the 19 days of MLK! :D

I like Deanna's thinking!

Meg-they are not "little puzzles"!

I would recommend changing up the borders. They are getting very predictable.
#8: Beth (Shasta) on Dec 5, 2008
I like the borders-they make them more like a set. I know some of it gets repetitive but there are always the extra stuff in there to make it interesting.

I am going to start printing them out and hanging them next to the LEGO advent calendar.

Adam - I'm keeping the borders as these are intended to look something like the little windows you open each day in an Advent Calendar. The nice thing about predictability is that you can solve the border in just a few seconds, and then move on to the rest of the puzzle. :-)

I'm glad you're doing them, though!

And Shasta - we got the LEGO advent calendar for several years, too! I loved it, but the price just went up too much. This year we opted for a pop-up penguin calendar instead.

I thought we would get out of it this year but "it's tradition". He doesn't play with the city figures afterward so I was ready to stop. I did find a castle one which he would play with but it was $80!!!! from Amazon-it was not on the US Lego site but was on the Denmark Lego site-I couldn't read it! A Star Wars one would be nice...

Very tricky solving the mittens but worth every minute!
