The bottom circles are wheels and the other ones are gears. The lines are the bars that hold the thing together. And no, it isn't farm equipment. Another hint: the largest green thing is tube-shaped.#4: Jota (jota) on Jun 23, 2021

Also, I'm making a guess that it could be a miniature cement mixer. It certainly has a cylindrical part that would spin as it functions, and it is likely to be portable.
