Lol Jota...it's just a fussy foodie thing. Probably one of those tools that eventually will be looked upon as one of those fun novelty tools someday, though when we used to actually bake angel cakes from scratch, they were wonderful to use. Such tender high cakes we made! It was a pride thing. I haven't actually made one myself from scratch in ever so long. Now that does make me feel old. It doesn't stop me from remembering, though.
