Thank you for the dedication; I'm flattered, but not sure of the connection to the subject of the puzzle (unless of course you somehow knew that I worked at a KFC for 3 weeks back in 1976!)

Good likeness. In the late 1970's and early 1980's the colonel was retired and lived on the same street in Mississauga Ontario as a person I was working with. That same co-worker was one the the nearly quarter million people evacuated because of a train derailment (that was the larest peacetime evacuation in North America at the time, was retained that dubious distinction until the evacuation of New Orleans for hurricane Katrina. My room-mate from university had just moved to Califiornia and was astounded to hear Mississauga headlining the news there for many days.
