Maybe it's pixie dust - sprinkle some on yourself and find your happy thought.

Dear Norma, thanks for putting that song in my head. I'm going to take a break right now, find the nearest piano, and play it... Then I'll sweep up the dust.
#5: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Jun 27, 2014
Thank you Kathy. Hoagy Carmichael wrote some great songs didn't he?

My dad was a music professor who specialized in Big Band. In his opinion, Stardust was the most significant song of the 20th century, because it broke the mold and paved the way for every style that came after it.

You must not live in the south. You'd be sweeping up pollen
#16: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jun 28, 2014
Does the stardust have a greenish tinge? It might just be pollen. :)
#17: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Jun 28, 2014
She likes to sit outside on a clear, moonless night and watch the stardust fall. She just doesn't want it in her house. ;)

Great puzzle Norma! Ditto Bryan .. I made the mistake of leaving my kitchen window open a few weeks ago and everything including my black countertop was yellow.
#19: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Jun 29, 2014
Thanks, Susan. Fortunately, or maybe not, here in Phoenix we just get plain ordinary everyday dust.
#20: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Jun 29, 2014
My (parents') cats were indoor/outdoor, and every spring they would come inside as yellow-green tabbies.
