My husband was just talking about the Azores, which is a group of tiny, rocky islands, one of which contains an Air Force base (so planes could refuel mid-Atlantic). The school for all the AF brats is at the highest point on the island, and there's a tall fence around the schoolyard. What a nice vacation! I am learning a little about Canada thru my "History of the US" courses. I also have a favorite movie, "La grande séduction", have you seen it? I recommend it to everyone!

Again Jota,as spectacular as it seems in pictures and video,it's something you have to experience. I do hope you get to see it on your vacation,and if you do,make a point of driving down the Cabot Trail in Cape Breton. Go through the Cape Breton National Park part of the trail,you will not believe your eyes,trust me,it's awesome. Oh and don't forget to visit me also.:)
