Puzzle Description:

or Jane.. whatever.

Lots of edge logic (I also used some affirmation logic at one point) will get most of this puzzle solved. I'm having trouble finishing it out though.

Gasp. I finished it! This one took me the better part of a day, cursing and fussing at it as I went. Betty earned a special nickname from me today. :P

There was so much two-way logic, especially around the nose, that I don't even think I could delineate it in detail without once again backtracking (once again, because I hit a dead end with my errors in logic and had to revert) and thus breaking my brain. Perhaps someone more patient than I will come along and explain. :)

Great challenge!

Sorry it's so difficult.. I tried so many ways of changing things around to avoid the guessing but couldn't find one that still looked human and feminine.. I forgive you for nicknaming her!! Glad ya made it thru eventually.

OK, I might have a solution. Let me detail this out:

After the line/color logic, it should be about 50% done. Looking at row 5, you can use the 10 clue to see how row 8 is affected. This will let you dot R5C1-R5C6. More line logic.

Now look at row 4. Using edge logic, you can make R4C7, R4C19, R4C20, and R4C21 dots. More line logic.

Now that row 4 is complete, we can use edge logic on row 5 to make R5C20 and R5C21 dots. More line logic.

Next we can look at the 3 possible places that the 10 clue can go in row 5, and we will noticed something in common. If the 10 clue is finished out with R5C8-R5C9, then R6C9 has to be black. The same thing happens if R5C9 and R5C18 finish out the 10 clue. The other possibility is R5C18-R5C19. This will cause R6C19 to be black. If that cell is black, then we know R6C10-R6C11 has to be part of the 3 clue and hence R6C9 would have to be black. So every possibility leads to P6C9 as black. More line logic.

Now let's look at a two-way situation in row 13. Either R13C19 or R13C21 have to be black. If R13C19 is black, then it will be part of the 4 clue which means R14C19 is also black. This would make R14C21 a dot. If R13C21 is black, then R14C21 is a dot. So in either case R14C21 is a dot. More line logic.

Now look at columns 6 and 7. By looking at row 10, we can see that both 10 clues cannot extend up to row 10. This makes it so that one or both 10 clues would have to extend down to row 20 at the least. But looking at row 21, we can see that both 10 clues cannot extend down to row 21. This makes it so that one or both 10 clues would have to extend up to row 11 at the least. Knowing this information, we can dot R11C4, R11C9, R12C4, R16C4, R16C9, and R16C17-R16C21.

That's all I can do right now. I'll see if I can get back to this later.

Found to require some guessing by Gator.

I couldn't logically complete this one. Sorry...

Thanks Gator.. sorry I made it so difficult.

Thanks Alicia. Interesting image. I noticed you said "whatever". Could be anyone with green eyes and dark hair.
But really, the true beauty is found in a woman's heart. Her character, attitudes, etc. How she treats you and others matters most. Looks are nice but can't make up for lack on the inside... Besides, all of us have different tastes or perceptions of what physical beauty is and culture keeps changing it. Be comfortable in your own skin and let your inner beauty shine the brightest!

And ladies, one of the simplest, cheapest, and most effective beauty treatments there is: a smile!
