I don't think that's really plaid... Also, when you figure out the pattern, there really isn't any logic required to figure out the rest.#2: Ruby Hammer (rubyqhammer) on Apr 26, 2010
cool pattern, but boring without white spaces.#3: Joel Lynn (furface1) on Apr 26, 2010
I like it#4: Gator (Gator) on Apr 26, 2010 [SPOILER]
I just noticed that it actually IS 4 colors (like other no white space puzzles), but it says 5 colors...hmmm....#5: Linda Martin (ilovethispuzzle123) on Apr 26, 2010 [SPOILER]
looks like a pretty basket weave.#6: Alison Deem (Indigo) on Apr 27, 2010
Fun to solve...like the end result as well!#7: Joe (infrapinklizzard) on Aug 18, 2010 [SPOILER]
That's interesting, Gator. My infamous one-color puzzle (#7693) is denoted as one color, but that one color is white. Let me check Jan's one-color one to see if it's figured as white + other colors that appear...#8: BRASH ATAOM (BRASHatAOM) on Aug 2, 2021
Yup. His #14 is 1x1 black and it shows as 2 colors.
I'm having a tense day and I really enjoyed this puzzle. When I come across a "no-white" grid, I pose myself the challenge of filling the colors in with the least touches, iow, I fill in all the black, then the red, then green then blue. This puzzle revealed what I felt was a Frank Lloyd Wright window.
