Puzzle Description:

This is my first and favorite tattoo, on my upper right of my back, near the spine. It is Kappa, Alpha, Lambda, Omega, Epsilon, which translated roughly means "lovely."

yeah i looked that up and actually kappa alpha lambda omega epsilon means "welcome" or in all caps, means "call" so congratulations on that, its permanent.

I'm a little behind on responding. :)
That sucks you guys found different translations. I used a book to look it up but that was about five years ago. Either the book is wrong, or google translate, or maybe both. Who knows. Meh, I know what it stands for to me. I guess it's a good thing I'm probably not going to run into somebody who speaks Greek! ;)
