On a puzzle site? Seriously? What an absolutely bizarre forum for your religious beliefs. You have no other outlet to prosthelytize?#6: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Apr 20, 2010
I would like to introduce you to the church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. (FSM) May you be touched by his noodly appendage!
YOU'RE WELCOME.

Really, Tom? I think it's weird....a bit fanatical.....and chock full of comedy potential.#9: Michael Williams (realitygap) on Apr 20, 2010
I won't even get into what motivated this person to post, but, come on, at least post a good puzzle.

What does your version of "ftw" mean? It's a new one to me and I found a few meanings, none of which sound right to this usage.
Cindiokeeza,
Believe it or not, I have to side with Hanna, Amanda, et al on this one. The theme is welcome, as would be a picture of the Flying Spaghetti Monster should you choose to submit one. My religious beliefs are certainly closer to yours, but they're entitled to theirs, and there's no reason to pick a fight simply because your beliefs differ.
[7/8/2014 edit: Looking in on some old conversations for comments I never saw before. Who's Cindiokeeza?]
Puzzle 3408 was a celebration of atheism and a handful of very sanctimonious zealots immediately posted with very insulting comments. The battle erupted in earnest when I entered the fray to counter them, but it was their disrespect for the artist and puzzle theme that began it all.
In this case, are your comments so very different from theirs?
ftw = for the win. best definition I can find is:#18: Tom Siebert (tsiebert) on Apr 20, 2010
An enthusiastic emphasis to the end of a comment, message, or post. Sometimes genuine, but often sarcastic.
Okay, I wasn't sure how it fit, but that was one of the choices. The other, that I'll not repeat here, made even less sense.#19: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on Aug 24, 2011 [SPOILER]

Perhaps you could have made this only 15 across instead of leaving so much unnecessary white space.
