Puzzle Description:
The Aztecs formed their capital city of Tenochtitlan when they saw an eagle eating a snake on a cactus. Unfortunately for them it was on an island in the middle of Lake Texcoco. For those of you also into flags, this is also the meaning of the image in the middle of the Mexican flag.
