These four symbols were found on an Indus tablet from around 2000 BC and also on a Sulur Dish from South India dated around 100 BC. Experts are not sure what the symbols mean, but some think the broken slant lines represent rain, the U shape is a jar, the comb-like sign is a harrow, and the two straight lines are a count of 2. This reads from right to left, "Rain, 2, jar-harrow." The jar-harrow signs are often found together along with 2 or 3 straight lines. This is probably an agricultural label or seal used to mark crops or containers.
