This looks like a cash register or something viewed from the side.

I'm amazed...you're doing puzzles that look like something! and b & w...Yeah! Good.
...now if only they were solvable. try making the grid smaller it could be more solvable.

This puzzle has many solutions and can only be solved with lots of guessing. The "Advice on Creating Puzzles Page" has suggestions for how to turn a picture like this into a solvable puzzle. I'm going to unpublish it for the time being. I think you should revise it and republish it.
