Lee, I enjoyed this puzzle. It was lots of fun to solve.#2: Gator (Gator) on Jan 4, 2010 [SPOILER]
At first, while filling in all the blue, I wondered why you had to make it so huge. Working from the bottom up, I thought it was going to be Chicago Cubs. Then I thought maybe the name of a Cubs player. When I finished I realized it was a logo. Nicely done. The diagonal text turned out really good.
A few questions, just to satisfy my curiosity:
The company logo is black and white. That would have made such a nice puzzle, much easier on the eyes than red on blue. Is there a reason you did not go with black and white?
Do you have diesel engines in your chevrolets?
Why the all caps? Do you work for the company, or own it, or just really like their diesel engines? My son loves diesel engines. Must be a man thing. :-)

Speculation: When I did a search for the logo, some were black/white, some blue/white, and some red/white. He started with a blue one. If you look at only the blue part of the puzzle, you will see that it would have multiple solutions if the "red" was "white". Not sure if this could be worked out to be solvable without the red, but it appears that the red was added to make it solvable and to provide a good contrast.
Aha. In that case, I'm very glad he was able to make this one solvable with no multiple solutions. Thanks, Gator.#4: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Jan 4, 2010 [SPOILER]
Logos... my favorite!
