This was the only way I could find to solve this "logically":

I got most of the 10, the blue 2x2 square below it, and 1 dot each of the 6s in columns 3 and 7. Then I was stuck.

Looking at all the remaining blue clues (lol at that cartoon, by the way) they have to go diagonally, in only 1 of 2 possible ways. But because I had several dots to the right of the 10, the only way the blue clues (lol again) could go is running from upper right to lower left. Then it solved the rest of the way.

Anyone else have any other way of solving this?

no, I solved it basically the same way. It seems like it'd be kinda easy to fix this to make it logically solvable.

That's how I solved it as well, Adam. Since it was easy to see where to put the diagonal blue line, I did not consider this guessing.

Found to be logically solvable by Gator.

Once you get to Adam's first paragraph, look at row 13. Color logic will make R13C6 black. More line solving. Then on column 9, color logic makes R16C9 black. More line/color logic and most of the left side will be complete. Again color logic will make R12C15 a black. You can also fill in a blue (R9C14) and a black (R11C14) in column 14.

Now using color/edge logic (looking at how row 11 is affected) at the same time, look at the 4 clue in row 12. You will notice that R12C12 and R12C13 cannot be black. So R12C16 and R12C17 are black.

You can solve the rest out with color/line logic.
