I doubt there will be one. This creator has yet to post any comments. I wonder if he/she is very young, or just doesn't speak English as a dominant language (at least the spelling is correct). Aside from those 2 possible reasons, I have no explanation for the titles chosen by this person for the 2 puzzles he/she has done.

Makes no sense.

Never heard of google?
#7: ant (agrest272) on Dec 7, 2009 [SPOILER]
what is there to google? as far as i can see, it says "27/12 binn ?in?" not sure what language uses characters like that, but i don't think its english. enlighten us, david!

could be Hebrew. the bottom line looks like it.

I googled "street cat", and based on what I found, I did another google search related to the other puzzle, and I believe I successfully pierced the obscurity surrounding these puzzles. There's nothing particularly obscure about them, it's just not everybody's cup of tea. Apparently there's quite a large world out there, full of explanations which merely exist beyond our limited horizons.

And by the way, thank you, Giovanni.

December 27 and then some Hebrew?
#12: ant (agrest272) on Dec 7, 2009 [HINT]
well naturally I googled street cat right off the bat, even tried googling it with the date 12/27, but I just wound up with a bunch of hits referring to some japanese manga called 'cat street'. instead of trying to be all philosophical about narrow perspectives and what not, why not just post a link explaining the picture?
#13: Adam Nielson (monkeyboy) on Dec 7, 2009
Ditto #12. bdaved likes to do things his way, as do we all.

Well, here's what I found on Google:

There is only one Giovanni Seidner that I could find:
http://www.facebook.com/Giovanni.seidner

It says he is from Israel. So this might be Hebrew text. He looks like a young adult, maybe a student.

The date is significant. Dec. 27 this year is a special day of remembrance for those who are deceased, Asara B'Tevet, to remember the Holocaust and commemorating the siege of Jerusalem:

What does that have to do with street cats? Hmmmm. I learned that street cats are a big problem in Israel. Maybe he adopted a street cat who died, and this is the street cat's name? I dunno. Just guessing.
#15: Claudia (clau_bolson) on Dec 8, 2009 [HINT] [SPOILER]
It's hebrew, it says "hatoul rejov" which means... street cat.
(I don't speak hebrew, I used "font navigator" + a little googling)

Good googling, Claudia. Now what is the 27/12 reference, I wonder?
#17: giovanni seidner (giovannisei) on Mar 3, 2010 [SPOILER]
so, after a lot of guesses - i'm from israel and i'm 23 years old. i'm an actor and street cat is the name of the play that i act in.

the date december 27th is the date of the premier.
