Our Advent wreaths only had 4 candles: 3 purple and 1 pink (blue and white for pbn, I suppose). Nice puzzle.#4: M (rmm) on Jan 12, 2010
The four candles around the outside are HOPE, PEACE, JOY, LOVE, and the fifth candle in the middle is the CHRIST candle.
The advent wreath varies depending on denomination. The above describes my religion which is a main-stream protestant denomination.
