Puzzle Description:

Boarder and Border. He is waiting to be served. What's in the bowl? TG leftovers, of course. The boarder lacks manners. He should take his hat off in the manor.

Ooh, a two-fer! Another fun challenge!

I'll be doing more of these.

I liked the idea - had a bit of trouble identifing the image as a boarder and not a person sitting at a restaurant table. It was a really fun puzzle to solve. Thanks for the work.

Ditto #3. I was wondering why the "border" wasn't your traditional one for this series (they are much easier to solve than this one, LOL). Keep it up!

Thanks, BlackCat and Adam. I suppose I should have more people at the table, but it's a small boarding house, with just one renter, what can I say? LOL

I just did a few of these homophones with your normal border, and this was a nice challenge for a change. :)

I just resolved this. My answer was "study" - the person is sitting at a computer checking his notes, sitting in the study room. It seems like just a few minutes ago that I was doing that... (heh, heh, decades, actually - It's even been years since either of my kids was still doing this, they completed university a while ago. :-)
