At least this was fun to solve. Edge logic a couple times on the 3's in the end columns, smile logic on his smile, and 2- way logic near the ear.

I did lookahead logic on the 6 on the bottom right and c1r7 and c1r19 had to be a blank too.
I'm not surprised many people have done a Mario, but this was the first for me, and so I thought it was an interesting logic puzzle and a nice image.
I suppose people could use site:webpbn.com in the future to avoid duplications of image ideas?
