Puzzle Description:
Venusaur Pokemon - number 003 by the National Pokedex ordering. Venusaur evolves from Ivysaur starting at level 32. It is the final form of Bulbasaur. Resembles a dinosaur with a blue hide, red eyes, and fangs. The bulb on its back has now flowered.

Puzzles like this make me appreciate the 'Hint' button very much. As a parent with kids, I love webPBN but don't have the luxury time to search for that next step. As this puzzle goes along, I LOVED how my solving area traveled around like a wheel and back again. Extremely fun solve.
