Puzzle Description:
Ivysaur Pokemon - number 002 by the National Pokedex ordering. Ivysaur evolves from Bulbasaur starting at level 16. Resembles a dinosaur with a spotted blue hide, red eyes, small fangs, and an onion-like bulb with leaves on its back.

Wonderful illustration of an ivysaur. I solved it from the top down and could tell what it was from the leaves, "tulip", and face about halfway through.
