Another good source of choline is breast milk, but I don't think I'll make that into a puzzle. :-)
#9: Teresa K (fasstar) on Sep 25, 2009
From the USDA web site:

Foods found to provide a significant amount of choline (per100g food) include: eggs (251), wheat germ (152 mg), bacon (125 mg), dried soybeans (116 mg), pork (103 mg), cod (83 mg), beef (80 mg), chicken (70 mg), and salmon (65 mg).

Or you can take a vitamin called Lecithin, a soy derivative, that has choline as it's main component, and has the added benefit of reducing harmful cholesterol.

#20: Byrdie (byrdie) on Nov 28, 2009
I prefer the source of choline in #8 but this is easier to explain. Also, I have no memory of the last time I had some as in #8.
#21: Jota (jota) on Nov 28, 2009
Byrdie: you are not that old, you should remember, it's not like you can have it at the DQ...
#22: Byrdie (byrdie) on Nov 28, 2009
If you're talking about a cow's breast ...

And the DQ near here closes for the Winter. One of the saddest things I know.
#23: Jota (jota) on Nov 29, 2009
The one near us also closes for the winter ... I guess they make enough money during the summer ...
#24: Linda Martin (ilovethispuzzle123) on May 23, 2011
